Sauna
Sauna is an interesting part of many cultures. It provides mental and physical benefits. Obviously have more water and electrolytes before and after, and listen to your body. If you have any concerns or any health conditions, speak to your doctor before exposing yourself to a sauna as the temperatures do place some stress on the body. If you are doing it for detox, shower with soapy water immediately afterwards so the toxins are not reabsorbed. Studies are ongoing but a few are listed below for those interested.
